Our new registration system enables you can create an account to save your details and make it easier to register for each auction.  You still need to register and submit your debit card details for each auction and you (and any additional parties named in your application) will need to complete an online anti-money laundering (AML) check (if you create an account you will only need to complete an AML check on your first application and every 12 months thereafter – please log back in to your same account).

If you wish to bid at our next auction on 16th May, you will need to pre-register and submit your debit card details (held securely with SagePay). Please note, you must register for each auction. Registration for telephone bids will close at 3pm on Wednesday 15th May, we will endeavour to continue to process registrations for internet and proxy bids after this deadline, but we do not accept any responsibility for failure to administer late applications.

You will receive an initial email confirming receipt of your registration, but early registrations will not start to be processed until Monday 29th April.

When you register your debit card with SagePay they will authenticate and securely store your card details, but NO payment will be taken unless you are a successful purchaser.  In the event that you make a purchase we will automatically take a payment from your registered card.  You must therefore ensure you have sufficient funds in your bank account for the 10% deposit, subject to a minimum of £5,000 plus the administration fee of £1,920 inc. Vat (£1,600 plus Vat).  There is a maximum amount we can automatically take from your card and you must be available by telephone on the auction day to make a top-up payment if required.  If you do not register your card details with SagePay prior to the auction, you will not be able to bid.

Please note, it is now a requirement that all online payments are checked via 3D security.  This is setup with your bank and will usually involve confirming your payment registration via text message or within your online banking app.

If you are bidding on behalf of a company and don’t have a debit card, you can alternatively transfer your funds to our client account in advance of the auction.  If you are bidding from overseas you must transfer your funds in advance.  Please contact us to discuss your circumstances and we will explain the process further.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have completed all of your pre-auction checks which should include viewing the property, reading the legal pack (which can include costs in addition to the purchase price), checking the addendum for any changes to the catalogue, reading the important information, common auction conditions and remote bidding terms and conditions as well as arranging a survey and your finances (if applicable).

Please note that Bond Wolfe Auctions cannot be held responsible for internet/connection/communications problems which stop you from being able to bid for any of our auction properties.

If you would like more information on property auctions or further advice on bidding remotely, please contact the auction team on 0121 312 1212 or click here to see how we can help.
