Traditional values, modern solutions

Do you have a property to sell or let?

A three bedroom semi-detached house with a guide price* of £60,000+ in a village near Swadlincote is one of 131 lots that will go to auction at the next Bond Wolfe Auctions’ sale on Wednesday 24 June.

The property at 31 Norris Hill is in the former mining village of Moira in Leicestershire, close by the Derbyshire border.

The property is set back from the main road via a driveway and front garden and the ground floor includes two interconnected reception rooms, a kitchen plus rear lobby with WC and a utility/store room.

On the first floor are three bedrooms and a further WC and bathroom. The property is double glazed and has a gas fired central heating system.

Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe Auctions, said: “31 Norris Hill is an attractive semi-detached property that is priced to sell. We expect considerable interest in this kind of property as it may require some modernisation and decoration but will quickly provide a very nice family home.

“The village of Moira is now an attractive reminder of the past and is close to the 120 acres National Forest Millennium Discovery Centre, and the Hicks Lodge Nature Reserve lies approximately one mile east of Moira.

“This is one of 131 lots that we are offering on the day, all with opportunities for enterprising investors and home buyers.”

Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, bidders will not be able to attend the auction in person.

Instead, it will be livestreamed via Bond Wolfe Auctions’ website, with remote bidding by proxy, telephone or internet.  Interested parties will need to pre-registrater no later than 24 hours before the auction by clicking here.
