The early success enjoyed by Bond Wolfe Auctions has resulted in the appointment of the company’s 16th staff member within six months of launching.

Michelle Laidler has joined the Birmingham-based business as PA and auction administrator after working in a similar role for another property company.

Bond Wolfe Auctions was launched by chief executive Gurpreet Bassi and managing director Ian Tudor, who were formerly the heads of residential and commercial auctions at the Bigwood auctions business.

Perm Daley, auctions manager, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Michelle Laidler to join the team here at Bond Wolfe Auctions.

“Our success has surpassed initial expectations and we’re having to quickly expand our staff to cope with the growing demand for our auctions.

“We have an experienced and award-winning team that has an enviable track record, made up of established auction property professionals with large existing client networks.”

Ms Laidler said: “I’m so pleased to be joining Bond Wolfe Auctions which already employs many of my former colleagues and I’m delighted to be part of such an exciting and growing business.”

Bond Wolfe Auctions is based in Colmore Row, Birmingham from where team members with over 250 years’ combined expertise service their clients including businesses, housing associations, banks, receivers and property investors.

In the first two auctions of the year they offered 230 lots with an average success rate of 87% and raised just under £30 million, making it Birmingham’s leading auctioneer in 2019.

The team is now busy taking entries for its next auction on Wednesday 3 July. Anyone looking to offer their properties, development sites or portfolios should contact enquiries@bondwolfeauctions.com or click here for a free auction appraisal.
