Traditional values, modern solutions

Do you have a property to sell or let?

Two of the region’s best known commercial and residential property experts have joined new business Bond Wolfe Auctions as consultants.

Jonathan Hackett and Ron Darlington have joined their former Bigwood colleagues at Bond Wolfe Auctions bringing over 70 years of combined experience.

Bond Wolfe Auctions was launched in early January 2019 from newly-refurbished offices on Colmore Row, Birmingham, with further offices in West Bromwich and Wolverhampton.

The business was founded by chief executive Gurpreet Bassi and managing director Ian Tudor who, until recently, were the heads of residential and commercial auctions respectively at the Bigwood auctions business.

Gurpreet Bassi said: “Jonathan Hackett has a wealth of knowledge and experience in selling residential property and ground rents throughout the wider Midlands.

“Ron Darlington is one of the best known and longest established names in the Midlands’ auction market. He has comprehensive knowledge of the Black Country, covering residential, commercial and development opportunities, as well as more unusual properties such as nursing homes, former churches, banks and pubs.”

Hackett and Darlington have a comprehensive network of contacts and a proven track record of dealing with local authorities, corporate clients, housing associations and private individuals.

Bond Wolfe Auctions will be selling a wide variety of residential, commercial, mixed use properties and land throughout the UK in its first auction at Villa Park on Wednesday 13 March.
