Social distance viewings
Following the Governments easing of some of the restrictions, we are pleased to be able to resume viewing appointments. This is important if you are considering buying property at auction as it will enable you to undertake your usual due diligence before bidding and exchanging contracts.
Your safety and that of our staff and clients is of the utmost importance. Viewings are undertaken at your own risk, but they will be carried out following the latest guidelines including strict social distance and health and safety measures. Our staff are equipped with their personal PPE, hand sanitiser and anti-bacterial wipes.
We are also delighted to launch our brand new 360 degree video tours, where possible, giving you an insight in to the property from the comfort of your own home and before deciding if you want to view it in person. Visit the properties page to see the latest lots we have available in our next auction.
If you are interested in any of our auction lots, please read our 10 step guide to our social distance viewings
