Traditional values, modern solutions

Do you have a property to sell or let?

A string of development properties across the Black Country will attract investors large and small to Bond Wolfe Auction’s next Midlands auction at Aston Villa Football Ground on Thursday 9 May.

Major corporate investors and budding property developers will all have a chance of picking up bargains with a range of rental and development lots featuring in the auction brochure.

A prime example of a property that will attract keen bids is Suez House, a four bedroomed, detached house on Beckett Street, in Bilston, which comes with planning permission for use as a children’s care home and a tempting guide price of £50,000+.

Others will be casting an eye over a freehold parcel of 4.2 acres of land at the junction of Sutton Road and Skip Lane, in Walsall, up for auction as a development opportunity with a guide price starting at £70,000+.

Meanwhile, land adjacent to 104 Crankhall Lane, in Wednesbury is being auctioned as a residential development opportunity with a guide price of £50,000+.

A development site with planning permission for a three bedroomed, detached home is around 1,990 sq ft of land at 61 Upper Ettingshall Road in Coseley with a guide price of £48,000 to £53,000.

Another site with planning consent, this time for five light industrial units, is land opposite 42 Webb Street in Coseley, with a guide price of £150,000+.

Ian Tudor, managing director at Bond Wolfe Auctions, said: “We have a number of interesting and attractive residential, commercial and land development opportunities and are expecting some competitive bidding.”

Bond Wolfe Auctions was launched earlier this year by a team with over 250 years’ of experience. The first auction on 13 March at Villa Park saw a total of £16.7 million raised from the sale of 103 properties.

The next Midlands auction takes place at 10.30am on Thursday, 9 May. The lots to go under the hammer can be viewed here.
