A hefty slice of a Bilston street – a row of terraced houses are coming under the hammer at Bond Wolfe Auction’s next sale on Wednesday 28 October, with a row of six terraced homes on the block.

The two bedroom houses are each listed separately as residential investment properties with a guide price* of £65,000+ apiece – a total for the six of £390,000+.

Each of the houses is currently rented at between £440 to £450 per calendar month on an assured shorthold tenancy, resulting in an income of £5,280 to £5,4000 per annum apiece.

James Rossiter, auction valuer at Bond Wolfe Auctions, said: “These properties have the same owner who has come to us to arrange their sale by auction. We often handle the sale of rental properties but rarely six homes in a row. In fact, I can’t recall a similar instance in recent times.

“These properties have been maintained to a good standard and, either individually or as a group, offer the prospect of a sound return on investment for a new owner.”

The terraced houses, at 4 to 14 Upper Ettingshall Road, in Bilston, each comprises a reception room, kitchen and bathroom/WC with shower on the ground floor with two bedrooms upstairs. Each stands flush to the pavement, has a garden to the rear and benefit from a gas fired central heating system. The majority of windows are UPVC double glazed units.

The Bilston properties are among a catalogue of 212 properties to be offered on Wednesday 28 October will be the fourth online auction held by Bond Wolfe Auctions since COVID-19 restrictions were introduced in March.
