Six flats on same road in Birmingham all for sale at Bond Wolfe Auctions’ first auction

Property investors keen to expand buy-to-let portfolios will be attracted by six flats on the same road in Birmingham at Bond Wolfe Auctions’ inaugural auction at Villa Park on Wednesday 13 March.

The three sets of two self-contained flats in converted Victorian terraced properties are at 19, 21 and 39 Crompton Road in Handsworth, and each lot has a guide price* of £50,000+.

Over in Yardley Wood, a three bedroomed, mid-terraced house at 76 Cleeve Road has a guide price of £30,000 to £35,000, and a three bedroomed, semi-detached house at 5 Hornby Grove has a guide price of £35,000 to £40,000.

Meanwhile, a three bedroomed, end-terraced house at 48 Nailstone Crescent in Acocks Green has a guide price of £34,000 to £39,000.

Closer to the city centre in Aston is a three bedroomed, end-terraced house at 1 Cheshire Road, with a guide price of £29,000 to £34,000,

And for landlords wanting properties with tenants, a terraced house currently bringing in rent of £4,680 per annum at 9 Sadler Crescent, off Lea Road in Sparkhill is in the auction with a guide price of £15,000 to £20,000.
